MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Entry Level)
Location: Bensenville, Il.
- Provides product design and development assistance
- Assists with quality and value added improvements to equipment designs
- Performs general assembly of drawings from previous designs and produces detailed drawings form actual parts and/or hand sketches
- Supports the Sales staff with customized machinery
- Assembles operation and safety manuals
- Provides customer service and parts sales
- Assists Chief Engineer
- Provide support to other Aaron Companies when necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned
- A thorough understanding and practical experience using AutoCAD programs
- 4 year degree in mechanical engineering or engineering technology
- Experience using mechanical systems and design
- Has knowledge of welding symbols and power transmission components
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as math, science, sales and analytical skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Baan CRM and Dynamics AX
- Job emphasized efficiency rather than originality
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to recognize and respond to changing priorities
- Ability to deal tactfully with customers

Jobbet:
Du vil fokusere på salg af brugt proces- og pakkemaskineri til vores internationale kunder. Omkring 60% af salget foregår per telefon, og vil bestå både af nye og eksisterende kunder. Din dagligdag vil blive delt op så ca. 80% af din tid bruges på at sælge og ca. 20% på de mere administrative opgaver. Vores CRM-system vil hjælpe dig på vej, så det administrative minimeres og din salgsproces optimeres. Samtidig hjælper det dig også med selve salgsprocessen, da denne kører efter klart fastlagte interne processer. Salgslængden strækker sig fra op til flere salg om dagen til salg med måneders varighed. Du lægger ud med et introduktionsprogram til vores maskineri og får derefter tilknyttet en ekstern salgscoach op til én gang om måneden.
Der vil ca. 30 rejsedage per år, hvor du enten besøger kunder i Europa eller tager på maskin-fremvisning med disse.
Primære ansvars- og arbejdsområder:
- At ekspandere internationalt salg og kundegrundlag.
- At assistere marketingafdelingen med Europæiske/Internationale promotion tiltag.
- At deltage i messer/udstillinger.
- Ad-Hoc projekter f.eks andre salgsfremmende aktiviterer og follow-up.
Dine kvalifikationer:
Faglige egenskaber:
- En god teknisk forståelse og interesse.
- 1-2 års erfaring med B2B-salg til industrien.
- God erfaring med at arbejde målrettet og professionelt med CRM-system i dine salgsprocesser.
- Erfaring med B2B marketing er en fordel.
- Godt kendskab til engelsk og meget gerne tysk.
- God kendskab til Microsoft Office samt web søgemaskiner.

Mechanic / Production Laborer
Location: Bensenville, Il.
FSLA STATUS: Non-Exempt
PAY TYPE: Hourly
DEPARTMENT: Shop
DATE: February 21, 2012
MAJOR FUNCTION:
Performs a variety of Shop functions including machine mechanics and production labor as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tests equipment electrically and verifies it will function correctly
- Strips machines for electrical
- Services, repairs and maintains shop tools
- Performs machining and welding
- Reconditions plastics and centrifugal equipment
- Makes crates and skids when needed
- Keeps equipment and work areas clean and orderly
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs field service as needed
- Paints equipment as needed
- Operates industrial lift truck
- Performs general shop maintenance duties as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- High School Graduate
- Extensive electrical skills
- 3-4 years general shop experience including warehouse equipment, forklifts and cranes
- Ability to use warehouse tools, lathes, drill presses, gas torches, etc. with proper safety techniques
- Ability to read general information and follow directions
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting (upwards to 100 lbs, daily requirement 50 lbs using both arms, 10-15 lbs per arm)
- Mechanically inclined
- General maintenance background
- Knowledge of OSHA 10
- Second Language a Plus
