Single self-contained hydraulic lowering system per bank of 2 dashers, stainless steel frame complete with buster pump and CIP piping, 15 hp drives complete with A/C inverters and controls. Last running 40 gpm fruit fillings for nutritional bars and toppings with 750,000 - 1,000,000 cps (Brookfield method) at 135 deg F down to 75 deg. Dasher: 6" diameter, T316 stainless steel, 4 rows of (4) 9" long high temp plastic scraper blades. High pressure Hex Teflon seals with air glands, (2) 5 hp Tri Clover positive displacement pumps.
