Used- Buflovak Single Drum Flaker, 316 stainless steel. 60" diameter x 96" face cored drum that has 0.68" thick wall rated 60 psi at 300 deg F. Driven by a 20/40 hp, 3/6-60/460 volt, 1790/1775 rpm motor with reducer, ratio 172.484:1, approximate 1.5 to 15 rpm drum output. (2) 16" diameter x 84" long stainless steel cored applicator and reversing roll, rated 60 psi at 300 deg F. Each roll driven by a 7.5 hp, 3/60/460 volt gearmotor, approximate 20 max rpm roll output. Unit includes a bolt-on stainless steel vapor hood with side access doors, (1) pneumatically operated knife scraper with a blade, spray ball, 3 hp KWS screw conveyor discharge and (4) Reliance AC drive panels. Mounted on a base. Drum built 2004.
