Used-Littleford Day approximate 120 cubic foot working capacity jacketed ribbon blender with dome top cover manufactured in 1990. T316L stainless steel contact parts. Stainless steel jacket rated 175 psi @ 500 deg F max. -20 deg F @ 50 psi min. Jacket repaired in 2002. Internal rated 50 psi @ 500 deg F. Dome top with miscellaneous flanged openings. Center bottom outlet. Trough is approximately 44" diameter x 10' long. Outboard bearings and packing glands. Single shaft with double ribbons. Liquid spray bar. Driven by a 40 hp XP 3/60/460V, 1185 rpm motor to 42.75:1 gear reducer. Approximate 27.7 rpm output. Unit last used to blend calcium sterate (soap). Overall height approximately 86-1/2".
