Jacketed bowl approximately 35.43" front to back x 39.37" left to right x approximately 32" deep, rated 125 psi steam. Sigma blades geared one end. Front blade 34 rpm, rear blade 23 rpm. Approximate 2 hp hydraulically operated domed top cover, not suitable for vacuum. 12" diameter x approximately 76" long screw discharge with oval slot die, approximately 0-30 rpm, jacketed barrel. Each blade driven by a 30 kw (40 hp), 3/60/550 volt, 1765 rpm motor with reducer. Screw driven by a 20 kw (25 hp), 3/60/550 volt, 1755 rpm motor with reducer. Includes control panel with Magnetek drive. Unitized on a common base. Built 1998.
