Used- Lee Industries 300 gallon kettle, style D9MT. Hemispherical bottom, open top kettle 54" diameter X 40" deep, atmospheric design pressure internally @ 250 degrees F. 90 PSIG jacket @ 332 degrees F. T-304 stainless steel, T-304 stainless steel on hemisphere, T-304 stainless steel two piece hinged cover, #4 finish inside and #4 finish outside (20-30 Ra) where applicable. Sanitary flanged rim 1-1/2" flush bottom ball valve outlet with sanitary ferrule (tri-clamp), polished I.D. and O.D. Lee #9M double motion standard agitator fabricated of T-316 stainless steel with molded nylon scraper blades and powered by a 3 hp, 230/460 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase, TEFC gearhead motor giving agitator speed of 25 rpm. T-304 stainless steel channel bridge. Agitator is USDA approved. Maximum product viscosity: 100,000 CPS. Agitator is tilted by a water actuated hydraulic cylinder complete with four way control valve and interconnecting piping. Water pressure required: 40 PSIG. (3) stainless steel tubular legs.
