UNUSED: Sernagiotto/Siemens/US Filter 0.8 meter (2.6 ft) belt filter press intended for dewatering septage, municipal biosolids or food waste. The unit is a skid mounted system with all pumps, air, polymer and controls needed to operate. Skid mounted system is 8' wide x 15' long. Effective belt width 32"; 144" length; 43" wide x 62" high; galvanized frame; all wetted parts 304 stainless steel. 15.5 hp motor, 460/3/60. Rated water consumption 25 to 30 gpm @ 120 psi. Rated air consumption 2 cfm @ 100 psi. Unit has 12 hours test run time. Total system weight approximatly 8,000 lbs. Sludge process rate 40-60 gpm at 2-3% solids.
