Used: Kinergy Vibratory Feeder, Model KDF-72-HD controls the rate of flow of bulk solids from storage. The nature of the Kinergy drive means no vibratory damping even under extreme loads. Application of a simple SCR type voltage controller gives a nearly linear rate adjustment from zero to the maximum throughput. This arrangement, coupled with a simple 4-20 mA smart signal from a weigh belt or weigh hopper downstream can offer a feeding accuracy usually within +/- 1%.
